Our vineyards
Our vineyards are located in various areas of the territory and this guarantees a great variability of the product and the possibility of vinifying grapes deriving from different microzones, suitable for different oenological needs. In addition to the company centre in Santa Maria di Feletto, we also cultivate the vineyards along the banks of the Valbona stream and in Refrontolo, another municipality well suited for viticulture.
Thanks to the different peculiarities of the soils, such as the red clays of Feletto area, our wines have a clear territorial imprint that is difficult to be confused and therefore very popular. The number of plants per hectare varies from 3000 to 3500 and the harvesting of the grapes, done exclusively by hand, guarantees respect for the product and preserves all the qualitative characteristics to give us a prosecco that can express to the maximum the territory in which it was born.
We cultivate our vines mainly with two farming methods, the Guyot and the Silvoz. Both techniques require a lot of time and a lot of experience which sometimes makes us resort to ties such as willow branches, preferred to plastic, just as our ancestors did more than a century ago, to ensure a certain flexibility and respect in the growth of the branches of vines.
Over the years, our company, respectful of the cycles of nature and its components, has adopted integrated production, a practice of culture protection that establish a drastic reduction of pesticides by implementing various preventive measures such as mechanical working of the soil as to replace chemical herbicides, the rational use of phytosanitary products, always and in any case justified by a real need for intervention, based on the study of the meteorological variables of the area.
Our land
In addition to a very high-quality product, another added value of our company is the enchanting landscape that can be admired: the valleys and rolling hills dotted with woods, vineyards and meadows. And you can also admire the ruins of the Benedictine monastery which represented, over a century ago, our first business centre, and therefore the tangible keystone of our centenary history. On the horizon you can see the Prealps, the Belluno Alps, the Julian Alps and the Friuli plain.
We will be more than happy to welcome you to our company for a wine tasting accompanied by a nice plate of local cold cuts and cheeses, while we admire the faraway sweet profile of the Slovenian Karst, the Julian or the Belluno alps.

Venice and the Dolomites
Venice, the city of art admired all over the world, is only 70 km from our company. Cortina instead, the pearl of the Dolomites, is about 100 km away. It is in this territory rich in history and to be discovered that our company is located, in the first hills of the city of Conegliano.
Conegliano is a city of art and wine, birthplace of the Cima and home of the G.B. Cerletti, the oldest school of viticulture and oenology in Italy. San Pietro di Feletto is located halfway between the city of Venice and the Belluno Dolomites, a destination for millions of tourists from all over the world.
Elegant, precious, inimitable, romantic: this is Venice, the cradle of the Venetian tourist panorama, where churches, historic buildings, ancient bridges, monuments and squares narrates the artistic and cultural vivacity that has marked and still marks the history of this city.
The Belluno Dolomites, also a UNESCO World Heritage Site, are an area that includes the major Dolomite groups, such as the Tre Cime di Lavaredo, the Civetta, the Marmolada, the Tofane and the Croda Rossa d’Ampezzo. These mountains have been uninhabited since ancient times and therefore represent an area rich in historical and archaeological evidence. Skiing in the Belluno Dolomites means finding a wide choice of ski areas, enchanting landscapes, such as the Marmolada, and places that have marked the history of tourism, such as Cortina d’Ampezzo. In summer, the Belluno Dolomites are the ideal place to undertake numerous outdoor activities, such as walks, excursions in the high mountains, bicycle or horse rides, tennis matches and much more. All this, completely immersed in an enchanting and protected natural landscape.
